Tarja Soile Susanna Turunen Cabuli,  cantante, compositora y pianista finlandesa, (quien se hizo famosa como vocalista del conjunto de metal sinfónico Nightwish, hasta 2005) es una de las cantantes más populares de su género en la mayor parte de Europa. Con varios álbumes de estudio (seis junto a Nightwish y el resto como solista), es un claro ejemplo de cómo se puede combinar magistralmente el rock y la opera.   The Boy and the Ghost es un claro ejemplo de su portentosa voz, exponiendo un flagelo universal, la niñez desamparada. La canción pertenece a su tercer álbum solista, My Winter Store.

Al escuchar la letra de esta canción me pareció pertinente traducirla, aquí en Argentina, por más que se lo niegue y se disfracen las cifras... hay demasiados chicos que parecen "fantasmas" ya que la gente no quiere verlos.

Tarja Soile Susanna Turunen Cabuli, a Finland singer, composer and pianist, (who became famous as vocalist of the symphonic metal group, Nightwish) it is one of the most popular singers in Europe. With several albums (six of Nightwish and the rest of her solo career), it's a amazing example of how a great singer can masterfully combine rock and Opera.

The Boy and the Ghost it's an example of her prodigious voice, exposing the universal negligence with the children of the streets. The song belongs to her third solo album, My Winter Store.
